What exercises to do everyday to lose 2 pounds a week?

I already ride my bike everyday for an hour and I’m eating healthy foods.

What I want to know is what exercises I can do at home to help lose 2 pounds in a week. Like how many sit ups should I do? Or how many squats?

I want to know exactly what exercise to do everyday and how many times to do it?
I don’t mean that I want to build muscle, like lifting weights. I mean I want to do squats, sit ups, or crunches.

How long will it specifically take for me to build muscle using the Iron Gym?

im tryin to build biceps as well as any otha muscle nd i need answers cuz i hav 1. But i much protein do i need evry otha day im doin a workout using the Iron Gym and doing otha workouts(except for lifting weights)?
