What exercises to do everyday to lose 2 pounds a week?
Tuesday, February 9th, 2010I already ride my bike everyday for an hour and I’m eating healthy foods.
What I want to know is what exercises I can do at home to help lose 2 pounds in a week. Like how many sit ups should I do? Or how many squats?
I want to know exactly what exercise to do everyday and how many times to do it?
I don’t mean that I want to build muscle, like lifting weights. I mean I want to do squats, sit ups, or crunches.
