What happens if both parties of a divorce owe each other money as per the judgment but neither have paid?
Friday, February 19th, 2010The ex-wife owes a large sum of Equitable Distribution to the husband and the husband owes child support. He tells her to deduct what he owes from what she owes him and pay the balance to date since she has to pay out her portion over a 10 year period of time and its only been 3 years. She claims she does not have the money.
