I have two border collies and their exercise needs are very different! They both came from the same litter (I raised both as puppies) but one is a boy and the other is a girl. So far they are both 3 years old. The boy needs only around 30 minutes of exercise a day to be happy and calm while the girl can run for days on end before she gets tired! What’s the normal amount of exercise needed for the average border collie?

I want to start roller skating for exercise and have been looking around for roller skates but all the womens skates are pink. I really dont like pink and would rather have black, so I just want to know if there is a major difference between men and womens skates.

My appetite has grown a little bit recently, and so has by gut. I am just wondering what exercise is the best known that will flatten my gut back to where it was. Don’t say pushing away from the table, because I have cut down on my intake. I want an exercise that specifically works on the gut.

I heard i should exercise my pelvic bone i think? but exactly how do i do that? im only 14 so i dont know a whole lot about all that. But is that an effective technique?
Also i wouldnt want to have to take a break in the middle of sex for lack of energy. And im sure i would have a few years til i get to the point of intercourse anyways.

I usually spend about 30 minutes doing cardio exercise per time in the gym which is 3-4 times per week. I use the bike and two types of eliptical trainers. I do weight training on one or two muscle groups each time too.
The issue is, although my diet is rich in whole grains, low fat dairy, fruits, veggies and lean meat, I am not seeing much reduction in body fat. I’ve been doing this routine for 4 months now.
I’m a 25 year old female.
What can I do to maximize my cardio time at the gym? I have no problem getting my heart rate up and it usually is anywhere from 155-189 bpm when I’m doing cardio.

I need help loosing weight. i really want to be healthy and in shape, but i have very little motivation to take the steps to do so. i cant seem to find the drive within myself to do what i need to do, to get where i want to be. my boyfriend tries to help me and push me to work out or eat healthy, but i just cant seem to make myself just do it.

I know the average time for THC to leave the system is 30 days. I was wondering if there were any methods that would be able to reduce this time to something closer to two weeks?
I know regular exercise and drinking extra water will speed the process, but are there any other methods that may help?
I just lost my job (not related to the weed) and need a new one ASAP!

I gained 10 pounds so i was about 51 kgs now. Please help me loose

I’m about 5’0" tall and weigh approximately 130lbs. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs, and I’ve been cutting calories and eating healthier foods, but most of the unwanted fat is in my lower stomach, butt, and thighs. I also have horrible love handles. What exercises can I do to target these areas? Thanks!
