I’m about 5′0" tall and weigh approximately 130lbs. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs, and I’ve been cutting calories and eating healthier foods, but most of the unwanted fat is in my lower stomach, butt, and thighs. I also have horrible love handles. What exercises can I do to target these areas? Thanks!

Since I dont do cheerleading anymore and ive been out of high school, I have noticed im getting cellulite on the backs of my thighs. I know exercise to target that area will help, so I am doing that. But how soon will I see results? I am also wondering if the creams really work and how long it will take for the cellulite to go away if i apply it as directed, like 2 times a day? Tell me about your nasty cellulite experiences please!
just an fyi to sweet sensimilla-i weigh 140 lbs and im 5′7"., and I work out 5 days a week.

I am only 16 years old and I weigh 247 pounds. I really want to try to loose weight and I know that I need to for my health but I have no motivation to start trying to diet. Also, I eat constantly and can’t control it. What can I do to get the motivation I need to start exercising and to start eating healthier? Also, can anyone give me diet and exercise tips that would be helpful?

What kind of exercises? I’ve been overweight my whole life due to genes and slow metabolism. I want to choose a healthier lifestyle for myself – especially since it is a new year and I want a new start and a more positive view on life. I am 13 and I weigh 61kg…Yeah. What kind of a diet and how many hours of exercises/what kind of exercise would I need a day? Thanks.

I already ride my bike everyday for an hour and I’m eating healthy foods.
What I want to know is what exercises I can do at home to help lose 2 pounds in a week. Like how many sit ups should I do? Or how many squats?
I want to know exactly what exercise to do everyday and how many times to do it?
I don’t mean that I want to build muscle, like lifting weights. I mean I want to do squats, sit ups, or crunches.

I know this is strange. I have an event on Saturday that I have to be in. It involves walking for one mile. No problem, the problem is when I exercise it triggers a bowel movement sometimes. Like in 5K runs. This event is not going to have easy access to a bathroom for about three hours. Can anyone advise me on what to eat and drink the day before to delay the next days bowel movement.
I know this is kinda strange. Thanks for you suggestions. I called the doctors office and explained this they said take immodeum.

I’m a teenager and I think I need to lose body fat in my thys and stomach. The only problem is, I’m a teenager and I can’t take medicane and I don’t want to. What are some good tips for me losing weight? How much exercise do I need weekly to lose fat?

Okay well I got a cheap (but new) stationary bike and I have been using it every day, and have so far lost about 19, 20 pounds.
I was just wondering if I should be doing something else to work out different muscle areas? I am trying to save up for another piece of equipment but not sure what to get out of a treadmill, rowing machine or elliptical.
Also, do you know how I could mix up my current work out? I have acess to my stationary bike, a skipping rope and some dumbells.

How do you start a search for a reputable breeder? Specifically for Large munsterlanders. I know this is an uncommon dog here in the states but they are intriguing and they fit my life.
thank you all but it seems i will have problems obtaining one of these dog because it seems that most breeders only sell to hunting homes witch i am not. I would be able to provide sufficient exercise and have had hunting dogs before (have a weim right now) I do not hunt. I need to do more research before making a final decision.

I’m a little out of shape and I want to walk on it. I heard you should exercise for an hour each day, but I can’t walk more than 10 minutes on that. Is it okay if I walk about 10 minutes per hour for 6 hours?
