This month is very hectic so I don’t have time to exercises (lifting and aerobic) everyday like I always do. How do I maintain my weight. I might go on a jog once a week this month but that’s it, what should I do and eat to maintain my weight. Also is it possible to maintain it with no exercises this month?

I have been diagnosed with patellafemoral syndrome, but was wondering what the difference is between these two?

Also, I have been doing physical therapy for about 5 weeks now, and adamently doing my exercises at home. We started the bike and treadmill during my sessions, but had to stop both times due to pain. Has anyone else experienced this? Why am I not getting better?
Also, if anyone can give me any excercise ideas… I am 20 and a college student with access to a great gym and rec facility. What should I avoid, besides running? (Bikes and ellipticals even hurt worse than running…) What kind of machines can I use and shouldn’t I use? How can I get a cardio workout without straining my knees?

I’m about 5’0" tall and weigh approximately 130lbs. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs, and I’ve been cutting calories and eating healthier foods, but most of the unwanted fat is in my lower stomach, butt, and thighs. I also have horrible love handles. Im not super shy, well yeah I kinda am at first when I don’t know people or I just meet them. Only my really close friends and family know the loud outgoing me. Its kinda wierd to explain, its like I never know what to say or how to start a conversation and actually keep it going. I try to think to hard about what I can say and I have even tried going over conversations in my head, but it never works! I just don’t know what to say!

Anywho I really wish I could be more outgoing around strangers. Being shy holds me back from so many things, I just want to get out there and enjoy life, I just don’t know how. A lot of people just tell me to be myself and I try, I really do, its just not that simple.

Does anyone know how I can stop being shy and start being myself, fun and outgoing? Are there any exercises I can do to help? I just don’t know what to do!

No half crack answers please. Im really serious about this!

I already ride my bike everyday for an hour and I’m eating healthy foods.

What I want to know is what exercises I can do at home to help lose 2 pounds in a week. Like how many sit ups should I do? Or how many squats?

I want to know exactly what exercise to do everyday and how many times to do it?
I don’t mean that I want to build muscle, like lifting weights. I mean I want to do squats, sit ups, or crunches.
