I’m about 5′0" tall and weigh approximately 130lbs. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs, and I’ve been cutting calories and eating healthier foods, but most of the unwanted fat is in my lower stomach, butt, and thighs. I also have horrible love handles. What exercises can I do to target these areas? Thanks!

Im not super shy, well yeah I kinda am at first when I don’t know people or I just meet them. Only my really close friends and family know the loud outgoing me. Its kinda wierd to explain, its like I never know what to say or how to start a conversation and actually keep it going. I try to think to hard about what I can say and I have even tried going over conversations in my head, but it never works! I just don’t know what to say!
Anywho I really wish I could be more outgoing around strangers. Being shy holds me back from so many things, I just want to get out there and enjoy life, I just don’t know how. A lot of people just tell me to be myself and I try, I really do, its just not that simple.
Does anyone know how I can stop being shy and start being myself, fun and outgoing? Are there any exercises I can do to help? I just don’t know what to do!
No half crack answers please. Im really serious about this!

What kind of exercises? I’ve been overweight my whole life due to genes and slow metabolism. I want to choose a healthier lifestyle for myself – especially since it is a new year and I want a new start and a more positive view on life. I am 13 and I weigh 61kg…Yeah. What kind of a diet and how many hours of exercises/what kind of exercise would I need a day? Thanks.

I already ride my bike everyday for an hour and I’m eating healthy foods.
What I want to know is what exercises I can do at home to help lose 2 pounds in a week. Like how many sit ups should I do? Or how many squats?
I want to know exactly what exercise to do everyday and how many times to do it?
I don’t mean that I want to build muscle, like lifting weights. I mean I want to do squats, sit ups, or crunches.

Ok so i’m a 16 year old girl and i’ve been running at a local track. I know u need to stetch before u run and and some other exercises like sports practices and bla bla bla watever. But i dont like stretching in front of people unless like my whole team is stretching too. So how can i feel comfortable stretching in front of people when i’m by myself?

I’m 5′6 weigh 175. I workout with heavy weights and drink Myoplex protein drink after I workout, also I run on the treadmill for an hour. Is there any different shakes or supplements I need to take? Is there any special exercises I need to do? What do I cut out of my diet?What do I need to add?

Okay I’m advancing from 8th grade to 9th grade and I want to continue playing soccer for the school. Now I realize that the difficulty from middle school to high school is going to make it a lot harder for me to make the team. My position is goalie. I need to know some exercises and techniques to practice by myself. I have a hard time diving for the ball. Im a little afraid of hurting myself landing after a dive so i also was wondering from experienced goalies, are there certain ways to land a dive and not get hurt? And also what are some good ways to practices long punts my punts are pretty far but I want them to a couple more dozen yards. Thanks for taking the time to read.
