I am a soccer fan, and I want to be able to watch the world cup games from my PC. Any idea?

What four countries have scored the largest number of goals in male World Cup soccer history? (ie: A total tally of goals over the history of the World Cup)

I don’t know if that question makes much sense but, so far my understanding is FIFA is where the teams are by countries?
And the clubs, in example Barcelona, obviously have a separate league.
BUT, are they still a part of FIFA?
I’m feeling pretty confused right now so seriously any explanation would be appreciated.

I have tried downloading FIFA Soccer 09 for the DS on my R4. BUT, every time I try to load it, it will ask to create the save file. That is normal, but if I actually start the game, it says that the save file could not be found and that I should turn off my DS and reinsert the game.

So I just checked and the PS2 version of the game is only 30 dollers, but the PS3 version is twice as much. If PS3’s can play PS2 games, why would I pay 30 dollers more?
