What is the average weight for an 11 year old girl?
She’s 4 feet and 7 inches & she weighes 80 pounds.

She’s also been a vegetarian for 2 months now, not to loose weight but for the animals.

I am only 16 years old and I weigh 247 pounds. I really want to try to loose weight and I know that I need to for my health but I have no motivation to start trying to diet. Also, I eat constantly and can’t control it. What can I do to get the motivation I need to start exercising and to start eating healthier? Also, can anyone give me diet and exercise tips that would be helpful?
