I have been planning on writing a novel but want to have a basic idea of what I will need to keep track of when I’m writing. I already have a list of characters and a section to descripe them, a list of chapters, a brainstorming section, and a place to keep various notes as well as a couple of maps. What else should I include?

I have been wanting to check out new things, I love to make/create games and level and anything to do with video games. I am pre-pro with Source SDK, I have over 200 hours, and many maps, I know some lua codeing and C++. I want to create a mod, I havent even decided what I want the mod to be. I just want some help on how to do it. Any ideas?
