What is the best and fastest way for me to learn to do the splits?

I’ve been stretching on and off for a couple of weeks now and I’ve managed to regain some of the flexibility that I had while I was doing gymnastics.

Without warming up I am about 15cm off doing splits and I am willing to work hard to get there.

What is a good way and some stretches to do to learn splits and how long approximately will it take to get flat on the ground?

How long do i have to wait to start stretching my newly pierced ears?

i just recently pierced my ears and i want to stretch them. i know i need to let them heal and everything, so im not planning on starting tomorrow lol. I’ve heard it takes 4-6 weeks for the piercings to heal. How long do i have to wait before i can begin stretching them?

Is a bike and dumbbell set pretty good for a healthy work out plan?

I bike 30-60 miles a week at a pretty good pace already but i read that it is a good idea to throw in strength as well as flexibility to your cardiovascular work outs.
Now I am a very skinny guy with all the biking I do already, but is the biking, dumbbells and standard stretching sound pretty good? Should I throw something else?
I’m on a budget so i figured those things should suffice.

How is it possible for the universe to be expanding faster than the speed of light?

Some theories suggest that the expansion of the universe is accelerating. How is this possible? You would think that after the big bang that the universe would slowly lose its expansion speed.

One more question. When the universe expands, is it actually creating new matter in which galaxies can exist, or is it just stretching existing space that was contained within the original universe?

Anyone have any good tips for beginning runners?

I want to start running. I’m in horrible shape and I know I shouldn’t just start running like I’ve been doing it all my life. Any good tips for starting out? Should I get new shoes? Any breathing or stretching that is crucial? What pace should I start out with? Any input (well, relevant input anyway) would be greatly appreciated. Thanx alot everyone!

Ok so i’m a 16 year old girl and i’ve been running at a local track. I know u need to stetch before u run and and some other exercises like sports practices and bla bla bla watever. But i dont like stretching in front of people unless like my whole team is stretching too. So how can i feel comfortable stretching in front of people when i’m by myself?
